Stop chasing shifts, compliance and timesheets
Most bank staffing still runs on spreadsheets, email and memory
The Problem
The rota lives in a spreadsheet
Gaps get spotted late, usually by the person who has to work them. Filling them means messaging people one at a time and hoping someone says yes.
Compliance lives in a folder
References, DBS checks, registrations, training. All of it expires, and nothing tells you when. The check happens when someone remembers to check.
Timesheets are their own job
Collecting them, checking them, and paying a dozen people individually. Every hour of it is overhead, and none of it is care.
The gap is expensive
An unfilled shift means cancelled appointments. A lapsed reference or an expired check means someone works who should not have, and that is a conversation nobody wants to have. Both problems come from the same place: the information is scattered, so nobody can see the whole picture in time.
From rota to paid, in one system
Import or build your schedule. Adesto shows you where the gaps are.
The shift goes to your own bank staff who are available and cleared to work it.
If nobody takes it in time, the shift opens to verified bank staff across the network.
If someone from the Global bank works well, add them to your own bank for next time.
Adesto pays the worker. You settle one invoice at month end.
Compliance that tells you before it expires
Every bank staff member has one record, kept current, visible to the organisations they work for.
Adesto tracks expiry dates and prompts the person to renew before the date passes, so a lapsed document stops being something you discover afterwards.
You can also use Adesto to hold the same records for your permanent staff or, in fact, anyone else who works with you.
